We’re looking for a Social Media Mola Mola and Administrative and Finance Officer to join our team. 🧜🏽♀️🧜🏽 Both positions are part-time and home-based. Social Media Mola-Mola
Key responseabilities:
🗓 Content calendar creation and management: Draft a monthly content calendar with our Creative Director, post content across the social media platforms based on an agreed schedule, and draft captions for approval.
💻 Content creation: Develop content for our social media platforms, focusing on writing scripts and infographics and editing short videos. Ideal output would be one video reel and one static content (e.g., infographics, short-form content) per month.
💙 Community engagement: Monitor, respond to queries, and interact with comments across social media platforms to continue connecting with our online community
📈 Performance monitoring: Track analytics and social media trends to optimize content strategy and engagement
The Social Media Mola-Mola may be invited to join events and fieldwork around the Philippines to support documentation.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for community-building, marine conservation, and puns
At least one year of experience in creating and managing social media content Experience with NGOs or environmental campaigns is ideal but not required.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, such as Canva and CapCut
Experience writing for diverse audiences and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is a plus!)
Knowledgeable in current events and social media trends
Available at least 1-2 hours a day, 5 days a week

The Social Media Mola-Mola will work closely with the Creative Director and Partnerships Manager.

Admin and Finance Angelfish
Key responseabilities:
📑 Financial record keeping: Maintain up-to-date records in our accounting software (QuickBooks) and monthly bank reconciliation reports
📜 Document preparation and management: Prepare essential financial documents (e.g., invoices, expense vouchers, acknowledgment receipts, and BIR 2307 forms), communicate with the suppliers/consultants for their signatures, and upload the signed documents in the respective project folders
📊 Financial reporting: Assist in preparing supplier accreditation materials, financial reports for funders and partners, and preparation for the annual Income Tax Returns and Audited Financial Statements
💸 Payroll processing: Schedule payments to contractors and suppliers via SPS’s corporate accounts (Unionbank and BPI)
Qualifications:
At least two years of work experience in financial and auditing processes and management
Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations
Proficient in financial management tools (QuickBooks, Excel, Google Spreadsheets)
Detail-oriented and responsive
Available at least 1 hour a day, 5 days a week
