The office of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources - Region IX replied to letters sent by proud and proactive Filipino seatizens like John Canto and Arjo Rodriguez, who used our Defying Gravity toolkit to address the balloon release activity that BFAR conducted to commemorate the opening of the fishing season in Zamboanga. BFAR also released balloons last year.
